He shared photos of himself with his deceased brother Carter. He started by sharing a black-and-white picture of the two of them. He then shared two images of Carter standing by himself, the first from when he was a child and the second from when he was a teenager.\n He merely wrote, \u201cIt is 35 years since my brother, Carter Cooper, died,\u201d in the caption. Every day, I miss and think about him.\u201d When Carter passed away, he was just 23 years old. He was the older of his brother by two years, and he committed suicide by jumping off the Manhattan apartment on the fourteenth floor of his mother Gloria Vanderbilt\u2019s terrace.\n He passed away ten years after Wyatt Emory Cooper, his father. In an episode from the previous year, Anderson Cooper provided a tour of his late mother\u2019s New York City flat and discussed the profound effects his brother\u2019s suicide and father\u2019s death had on him.\n He revealed a terrible fact about the house his late mother had. \u201cI have a lot of memories here,\u201d he remarked. a great deal of recollections of the deceased. It\u2019s difficult, to be honest, to just come here. Even after all this time, he claims he still finds it extremely difficult to discuss the loss of his father and brother.
