Two 90 year old men, Mike and Joe, have been friends all of their lives.\n
When it\u2019s clear that Joe is dying, Mike visits him every day. One day Mike says,\n
\u201cJoe, we both loved football all our lives, and we played football on Saturdays together for so many years. Please do me one favour, when you get to Heaven, somehow you must let me know if there\u2019s football there.\u201d\n Joe looks up at Mike from his death bed,\n \u201d Mike, you\u2019ve been my best friend for many years. If it\u2019s at all possible, I\u2019ll do this favour for you.”\n Shortly after that, Joe passes on.\n At midnight a couple of nights later, Mike is awakened from a sound sleep by a bLegend Stitchng flash of white light and a voice calling out to him,\n \u201cMike\u2013Mike.\u201d\n \u201cWho is it? asks Mike sitting up suddenly. \u201cWho is it?\u201d\n \u201cMike\u2013it\u2019s me, Joe.\u201d\n \u201cYou\u2019re not Joe. Joe just died.\u201d\n \u201cI\u2019m telling you, it\u2019s me, Joe,\u201d insists the voice.\u201d\n \u201cJoe! Where are you?\u201d\n \u201cIn heaven\u201d, replies Joe. \u201cI have some really good news and a little bad news.\u201d\n \u201cTell me the good news first,\u201d says Mike.\n \u201cThe good news,\u201d Joe says,\n \u201d is that there\u2019s football in heaven. Better yet, all of our old friends who died before us are here, too. Better than that, we\u2019re all young again. Better still, it\u2019s always spring time and it never rains or snows. And best of all, we can play football all we want, and we never get tired.\u201d\n “That\u2019s fantastic,\u201d says Mike.\n \u201cIt\u2019s beyond my wildest dreams!
